Hundreds of millions of sperm vie for a single egg cell. The sperm cells are streamlined in design for this purpose: a long tail to help them move, lots of mitochondria to power that movement, genetic information to pass on, and enzymatic proteins to get into the egg cell. The proteins are stored in a cap at the front of the sperm known as an acrosome – this is the part that first contacts the egg. The tail is called a flagellum, and it uses the energy made by the mitochondria to move the sperm forward. Flagella use a lot of energy, so they’re kept dormant until sperm enter the vagina. Sperm are haploid; they contain one set of 23 chromosomes. They are created by the cellular division process known as meiosis, which creates 4 sperm from a single germ cell. They’re also very small, only about 50μm long. Sperm are ejaculated in semen, a basic fluid with a pH of about 7.4. The sperms’ target, is the egg. Since it is so much bigger than sperm, the egg is the source of cytosol and organelles, particularly mitochondria, for the future zygote. Unlike sperm, the egg has not completed meiosis – it’s stuck in the Metaphase II stage of division. This means that the egg is haploid but with sister chromatids still attached to each other. Also unlike sperm, the meiotic division to create eggs, oogenesis, only makes one viable egg. The egg is covered in a thick outer coating known as the zona pellucida, a layer of carbohydrate-covered proteins that surrounds the plasma membrane. The zona pellucida helps protect the egg and is responsible for mediating the initial meeting of sperm and egg. Cortical granules filled with enzymes line the inside of the cell membrane, and will help make sure that only one sperm can fertilize the egg.

WHY DOES THE ENVIRONMENT DICTATE HOW A MITOCHONDRIA ACTS?
Do you think sound waves have no effect on water chemistry at a biophysical level? If not, you are no Black Swan. Nature chose water to be important for living things for this very reason. It breaks the symmetry you would expect. Sound waves or acoustic phonons are controlled by magnetic fields. Speakers that make sound emit both electric and magnetic fields. Things dissolved in water, like oxygen also responds to magnetic fields. Consider oxygen: Oxygen is paramagnetic. This means it is drawn to things that create a magnetic field. This is why oxygen heads toward mitochondria. The spinning FO head of the ATPase creates a magnetic field at the subatomic level. Inside a cell, water also has a magnetic dipole effect (negative and positive ends) because of the hydrogen and oxygen that make water up. Hydrogen is + charged, and the oxygen is – charged. This creates a bar magnet effect. These physical features are what helps water networks respond to electromagnetism and waves of light. The addition of deuterium to water changes the magnetic effects possible in water because deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that has a different magnetic moment than hydrogen does. This means water is not homogenous as you are lead to believe. If deuterium is subtracted out water becomes more magnetic and interacts with light in different ways. This will cause the water to react differently than if we used seawater with 155ppm of deuterium. Matter in all things, including water, fundamentally is just slowed light waves. When light slows down it becomes matter; because of Einstein’s mass equivalence equation E=mc-squared, where C is the speed of light. It’s all right there. Energy and frequency are the only predeterminants nature needs to change water’s behavior in your cells. As the environments frequencies and power density changes so does the reaction of water in you. Within this view, water intake and its priority distribution achieve paramount importance. The regulating neurotransmitter systems (HISTAMINE AND ITS SUBORDINATE AGENTS) become increasingly active during the regulation of water requirements of the body. Their action should not be continuously blocked by the use of medication. Their purpose should be understood and satisfied by drinking more water.
Water shortage in different areas of the body will manifest varying symptoms, signals, and complications now labeled as dis-ease, people, may think water could not be offered as a natural solution.
The body can become dehydrated even when abundant water is steadily available. Ones seem to lose their thirst sensation and the critical perception of needing water. Not recognizing their water need, they become gradually, increasing, and chronically dehydrated with progress in age.
Further confusion lies in the idea that when we’re thirsty, we can substitute tea, coffee, or alcohol-containing beverages. As you will see, this is a common error.
The “dry mouth” is the very last sign of dehydration. The body can suffer from dehydration even when the mouth may be fairly moist. Still worse, in the elderly, the mouth can be seen to be obviously dry and yet thirst may not be acknowledged and satisfied.
WATER REGULATION AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF LIFE
There are basically THREE stages to water regulation of the body in the different phases of life. ONE, the stage of life of a fetus in the uterus of the mother. TWO, the phase of growth until full height and width is achieved (approximately between the ages of 18 to 25). THREE, the phase of life from fully grown to the demise of the person. During the intrauterine state of cell expansion, water for cell growth of the child has to be provided by the mother. However, the transmitter system for water intake seems to be produced by the fetal tissue, but registers its effect on the mother. The very first indicator for water needs of the fetus and the mother seems to be morning sickness during the early phase of pregnancy. Morning sickness of the mother is a THIRST signal of both the fetus and the mother.
